Password Requirements

  • To Reset your Password, contact an Applications Coordinator at 501-682-8869 Option 1. 

    You will receive a temporary password. 

    After you enter your temporary password you will be prompted to create a new password.

    Password must be at least 8 characters long.

    Password must be no longer than 16 characters long.

    Password must not match User ID.

    Password must contain a numeric character. (0-9)

    Password must contain a special character.

    Password must be confirmed.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
